Timeless Elegance & Co made all candles to order. Please allow up to three to five business working days for processing time and a 7 to 14 day business day for delivery (longer shipping time may occur during festive seasons, public holidays etc.) 

Issues & Damages:

  • All packaging are precious and made with love, care and due diligence. Upon receiving of your goods, please ensure your order is inspected and conduct us immediately if the item/s is defective, damages and/or the incorrect item received for the appropriate course of action to be taken for assessment and rectification if required. 
  • Timeless Elegance & Co are not responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost or returned.
